課程概述

The course is designed to assist students develop their knowledge and skill in the understanding and use of theory in the analysis of leadership and management in nursing. Leadership theory, decision making, management theory, motivation, improving performance, managing change and managing resources will be studied.
 

課程目標
1. know nurse\'s leadership roles and management function
2. comprehend the basic concepts of leadership theory
3. comprehend the basic concepts of management theory
4. apply above concepts to analyze the management/leadership problems in nursing practice
